Best described as intuitive deep tissue, Lance’s approach includes trigger point therapy, Swedish, and deep tissue, as well as gentle myofascial and energetic work. These techniques can benefit athletes and non-athletes alike.
This approach works equally well for 15 minute post workout recovery, 30 minute partial body ‘fix it’ treatment, or a 60 to 90 minute full body massage.
